Manicure Station - Setting Up Shop

Looking to get a manicure station for yourself?  If you’re looking to open up a small business or even if you’re just looking for a place for you and your close friends, a manicure station will serve you well.  There are many that are out there and they vary in price.  You can get a manicure station for as little as $100-200, or you can go for the more expensive variety which are upwards of $1,000.

We’re going to go over a few of your options right here so that you know what to expect and you know what things you should be looking for:

1.  Avon Manicure Table from Collins

Here’s a table from Spa Equip(dot com) that has 3 drawers, a 4” wide storage cabinet with an adjustable shelf, 26” wide chairwell as well as a 100 watt lamp that is attached to the side of the desk.  There is also a black padded armrest on this desk which measures 48”W x 20”D x 30”H.  This comes in the colors Cafelle, Matte Black Shaker Cherry as well as Limber Maple.  As for the surface, it is coated with laminate.

Now this whole manicure station sells for $1,185, but you can get a few additions to it as well.  You may opt for a powered vent system which is $273.75 extra, or get cast aluminum tapered legs instead for $112.50.

2.  Executive from Dina Meri

Now in sharp contrast to that is this one from the same site which is $374.63.  It has a high impact polystyrene cabinet that has a roll up lockable door, 8 trays and 8 side pockets.  Additionally, there are chrome tray supports, a polish rack, lamp and the standard padded arm rest.

This table comes in the dimensions 36”W x 19”D x 30”H and it weighs in at 45 pounds.

Now the plastic cabinet here is colored black but it’s color can also be changed to a platinum or white color.  As for the laminate countertop, that can be in a wider assortment of colors such as African mahogany, canyon black, hardrock maple, oiled cherry, pearwood, black and white.

3.  Mani-Go Portable Table from Dina Meri

Finally, if you really want something real cheap as well as portable, here’s one for $105.  This has a melamine top that has legs that fold up, it also has a center drawer for you to keep your accessories on it and a side mounted lamp.  The whole table is supported on top of a set of 4 wheels.  This table measures 32” x 16” x 30” and only weighs 24 pounds.
